Keep flambing jigs in a good conditions have an main influence for complete production process, possible recyclation and at the end final production costs. When flambing jig works properly there are following operation for cleaning much more complicated and time consumption and in the final influce there is much more higher price for this operation and for the final product of course.
There is the same story with the recyclation process as with the production process. When badly covered parts it´s really hard or even impossible to clean out. There have to be use very complicated separation operation or recyclation isn´t directly senseless.
